Nashville Yards has announced its plans for 2026 holiday programming, called “Holiday Central,” at the 19-acre mixed-use development in downtown Nashville.
The programming follows the development’s inaugural holiday season last year, which drew thousands of visitors to the campus, according to Nashville Yards. Many of this year’s offerings are free to attend and open to the public.
Real ice-skating rink for 2026
Nashville Yards is introducing a real ice-skating rink for 2026 after piloting a synthetic rink last year. The rink, called “Rink Under Broad,” is protected from the weather under Broadway and will be half the size of an NHL rink. It opens Saturday, Nov. 21, and will be open seven days a week. Skating tickets will go on sale soon. The rink is also available to reserve for private events.
Nashville Yards Christmas Tree Lighting Spectacular
The public is invited to the Nashville Yards Christmas Tree Lighting Spectacular on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 5 p.m. in Ascension Saint Thomas Landing. The 40-foot Christmas tree rises above the Broadway Bridge and is expected to be one of the tallest in the city. The event is free to attend.
Additional programming
Nashville Yards will host a small business “Merry Market” Nov. 28-29 in Ascension Saint Thomas Landing, featuring local artisans and vendors.
Nashville Yards will also offer free photos with Santa, courtesy of Ascension Saint Thomas, free holiday-themed movie nights in partnership with Xfinity, and food and drink offerings throughout the season. A full schedule of “Holiday Central” events, which run Nov. 21 through Jan. 3, will be announced in the coming weeks.
Holiday Central events will take place at Ascension Saint Thomas Landing at Nashville Yards. Validated parking for guests will be available at 131 10th Avenue North.
