Nashville Post: Clark Construction plans Nashville Yards office

The local office of national general contracting behemoth Clark Construction is planning to relocate to Nashville Yards by the end of the first quarter of 2027.

Clark will take space at the Nashville Yards office building anchored by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and with an address of 955 Church St. A permit references both a field office and a corporate office.

Also called a staging office, a field office is a temporary facility established at or near a construction site to serve as the operational and administrative base for managing a project. Nashville Yards developer Southwest Value Partners is seeking to develop two sites located within the mixed-use district with a Hilton Signia hotel building and an office tower. In addition to the CAA Building, Nashville Yards features multiple existing towers.

Currently, Clark operates at downtown’s Cummins Station, with the office home to about 80 employees. The company said it has been operating in Nashville since 2009.

Nashville-based design firm ASD/Sky will handle the build-out of the Nashville Yards space.
