Sustainability & Connectivity
A greener campus
Nashville Yards is committed to sustainability and connectivity in all management and operational activities. A carefully chosen location creates connectivity to meaningful, high-quality amenities. Recycling is a priority in our construction practices, as well as the day-to-day operation of the campus.
SUSTAINABILITY
AT NASHVILLE YARDS

In partnership with Greener Roots, our urban farm produces up to 3,000 heads of lettuce each month for use by chefs at Grand Hyatt Nashville and Union Station.

With a walkability score of 87, Nashville Yards is designed as a connected urban community with plazas, pathways, and green spaces.

85% of demolished concrete was recycled and repurposed during construction.

A comprehensive waste and recycling program is implemented across the entire campus.

More than 100 new trees have been planted across the Nashville Yards campus.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available in all parking garages.

Nashville Yards is readily accessible by bike, car, rideshare, and public transit.
