Ascension Saint Thomas to Relocate Market Headquarters to Nashville Yards
Southwest Value Partners and Ascension Saint Thomas today announced that Ascension Saint Thomas will relocate its market headquarters to Nashville Yards. Ascension Saint Thomas will occupy approximately 16,000 square feet on the 16th floor of the Pinnacle Tower. The move marks an expansion of the years-long relationship between Nashville Yards and Ascension Saint Thomas.
Ascension Saint Thomas's market headquarters serves as the home for senior leadership and administrative teams supporting clinical operations, finance, strategy, and shared services across the health system’s 18 hospitals and 320 sites of care across Middle Tennessee and the broader region.

Ascension Saint Thomas has also extended its Founding Partner agreement with Nashville Yards through 2031. As a Founding Partner and the official healthcare partner of Nashville Yards, Ascension Saint Thomas supports the development’s campus-wide focus on community health and wellness through three key areas: on-site event medical coverage at The Pinnacle provided by Saint Thomas Emergency Medical Services; personalized, membership-based concierge primary care through Ascension Saint Thomas Premier Medicine; and the Ascension Saint Thomas Landing, an activated green space designed to support wellness, connection, and community in the heart of downtown Nashville.
The Ascension Saint Thomas Landing, which spans the west side of Nashville Yards adjacent to Broadway, includes a dog park, tiered amphitheater, pop up retail and food and beverage containers, two fire pits, and walkable paths with abundant greenery and large open spaces capable of hosting concerts, movies, farmers and artisan markets, fitness classes, and private events.
