AEG Presents is relocating its regional office to Nashville Yards, where it will handle booking and operating for the development’s forthcoming 4,500-capacity music venue.

The global industry leader will open its new office in 2025 in Nashville Yards’ creative office building, anchored by Creative Artists Agency, according to a news release.

“We’ve been hyper-focused on expanding our presence in Nashville for a few years now. It’s a big opportunity for us to be consolidating all our operations under one roof at what’s soon to be one of the most popular destinations in the city, and to be booking and operating a new, state-of-the-art music venue on-site makes it that much more exciting,” said Rick Mueller, AEG Presents North America president, in a release.

The new space will house AEG Presents’ regional office, employees in its global touring division and the Nashville location of its partner Messina Touring Group. Ed Sheeran, Luke Combs, Eric Church, Kelsea Ballerini, Zach Bryan and George Strait are just a few of the stars that rely on all three entities to handle their tours.

Southwest Value Partners and AEG, parent company to AEG Presents, have partnered to bring Nashville Yards to life. The 19-acre development at the entryway to downtown Music City includes two Amazon towers, the Grand Hyatt, the Union Station hotel, a future entertainment district and more. The project’s total price tag is estimated to exceed $1 billion.

The 11-story creative office building sits adjacent to the new music venue and features meeting hubs, entertainment spaces, an outdoor deck and three levels of retail, dining and entertainment.

“We have an exceptional partnership with AEG, and together we believe we are constructing one of the most uniquely attractive music, retail and creative workplace environments in the world. Independent of that, AEG Presents is a preeminent entertainment brand and operator of world class entertainment venues, and we are very excited to have their extended presence at Nashville Yards,” said Cary Mack, managing partner of Southwest Value Partners, in the release.

In November, Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão announced plans for an 8,500-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor of Nashville Yards’ creative office building. The restaurant, with locations across the world, will open in 2025.
