Company developing Nashville Yards site lands key awards at annual real estate industry event
The Nashville chapter of Virginia-based commercial real estate development association NAIOP held its annual awards ceremony Thursday night at the Grand Hyatt hotel, with Southwest Value Partners named the developer of the year.
According to a release, SWVP — which is co-based in Nashville and San Diego — also captured the office development award for its mixed-use high-rise Amazon Tower II.
In addition, New City LLC won the award for mixed-use development for its Neuhoff complex in Germantown.
